Using the workspace

Getting started

After you sign in, you work inside a workspace — one per organization. The left sidebar groups features the same way in every module.

Sign in and choose a workspace

  1. Go to Sign in and enter your email and password.
  2. If you belong to more than one company, open My workspaces and pick the organization.
  3. You land on the workspace Dashboard at /workspace/{your-company-slug}.

Sidebar navigation

Menus are grouped. You only see groups your role allows: Workspace, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting. Collapsed groups remember their state per workspace in your browser. On mobile, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar.

Owner-only workspace items

Plan & billing — /workspace/{your-company-slug}/billing — subscription and checkout.
Organization & team — /workspace/{your-company-slug}/settings/organization — invites, roles, branding, legal profile.

Theme, language, and display

Use the light/dark toggle in the header — your choice is saved in the browser. When GTranslate is enabled, a Language control in the page footer (marketing site, sign-in, platform admin, and Help & documentation) machine-translates the page UI; it does not change workspace data language or stored record labels.

Organization owners can set a default accent theme in Organization settings.

Search and filters on list pages

Most list screens have a search box and status filters at the top. Results update as you type. Use pagination at the bottom for long lists.
