Team member guide

For members

You join a company through an email invitation from the owner or administrator. Your role decides which modules appear in the sidebar — Workspace, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, and so on.

Joining your organization

  1. Open the invitation email

    Click the link (/invitations/accept/…). It is valid for a limited time.

  2. Sign in or create an account

    Use the exact email that was invited. Sign in if you already have an account.

  3. Land in the workspace

    After accepting, you reach the company dashboard or workspace picker.

  4. Explore your modules

    Use the left sidebar. Missing sections mean your role does not include them.

Daily workflow

  1. Sign in at the main login page, then open Workspaces if you belong to more than one company.
  2. Use the Dashboard for a snapshot allowed for your role.
  3. Record transactions in your module (sales order, GRN, vendor payment, etc.).
  4. Check Activity for recent changes when you need context.
  5. Open Support to ask your organization or the platform for help.
  6. Update your profile under Account (name, password, two-factor authentication).

What members typically cannot do

Unless you are an Administrator or Owner, you usually cannot:

  1. Change subscription or pay for the plan (billing is owner-only)
  2. Edit legal company name, tax IDs, logo, or workspace theme
  3. Invite or remove other users (Administrators with organization permission can)
  4. Access modules outside your role

Troubleshooting

Invitation link expired or invalid

Ask your owner or admin to resend the invite from Organization settings.

“Wrong email” when accepting

You must use the invited address. Sign out and sign in with that email.

Missing sidebar modules

Your role lacks those permissions. Request a role change from an administrator.

Workspace database missing

The owner must configure tenant database credentials — contact them if you see a database setup screen.
