Track referral events and rewards when organizations register with a code.

Referral codes

Menu path: /admin/referral-codes

Create codes owners or campaigns can share. New org registration accepts referral_code field.

Platform tickets

Menu path: /admin/tickets

All support tickets from workspaces. Reply as platform staff; attachments supported.

  1. Filter open tickets
  2. Open ticket
  3. Reply and change status

Contact messages

Submissions from the marketing Contact page—not the same as workspace Support tickets.

Menu path: /admin/website-settings

Control public site: site name, logo, homepage copy, footer, contact details, WhatsApp widget, ERP theme preset for marketing/auth shells.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Update branding and footer contact
  3. Configure homepage sections and FAQ if exposed in UI
  4. Save—changes apply to marketing site, not tenant workspaces (except shared logo/name where used)

GSTN e-invoice (platform GSP)

Menu path: /admin/website-settings

Platform-only tab: e-invoice driver, GSP API URL, client ID/secret, GSTN username/password. Organizations never see these credentials — they only enter seller GSTIN in Organization settings.

  1. Settings → GSTN e-invoice tab
  2. Choose driver (stub for testing or GSTN GSP for live)
  3. Enter GSP credentials from your GST Suvidha Provider
  4. Save — all workspaces use this connection when generating IRNs
  • Seller legal name and GSTIN are per-organization under Workspace → Organization settings → Profile.
Help center (/docs) is separate from the marketing website. Do not add docs links to the public header—users reach docs from the workspace menu.
